About UsPooh Kaye and Eccentric Motions, Inc. is an Arts organization whose primary purpose is to stimulate public interest in and appreciation of the arts of dance and film under the artistic vision and direction of the innovative American choreographer and film-maker Pooh Kaye. Ms. Kaye’s on-going interest in non-dance movement and movement derived from individuals rather than from techniques, led her to the formation of Eccentric Motions in 1983. Ms. Kaye’s introduction to experimental human movement was through performing with the dancer Simone Forti from 1973-1976 as well as a year spent as the studio assistant for the performance and video artist, Joan Jonas.
